2.0 - OHS Compliance Safety Form

All stallholders must complete, this form verifies you are aware of OHS standard, and your staff's safety is a major priority.

 

5.0 - Risk Management Document

Detailed list of potential hazards and how to reduce them, this document will determine whether you need to complete, 6.0 - Safe work method statement.

 

6.0 - Safe Work Method Statement

Only complete this statement where you have identified risks as Class 1 or 2 in the 5.0 - Risk management document above.

This logs the potential areas for problems in your work environment and who and what needs to implement outlines in the risk management document to reduce the risk.

 

11.0 - Electrical Register

All Stallholders must complete,  for logging your tagging of leads and electricals
