WITHDRAWING AN APPLICATION

  • You must advise Bazaarmarketing immediately of your intention to withdraw an application

  • $55.00 Administration Fee applies to all submitted applications withdrawn

  • $110.00 Administration Fee applies to All approved applications withdrawn

  • Full Cost of a Stall Site is payable - if an application is withdrawn less than 4 weeks prior to an event

COMPLIANCE WITH RELEVANT DOCUMENTATION REQUESTED

All Stallholders are required to UPLOAD under the Documents/Images TAB, the following:

  • OHS documentation 
  • Current Public Liability Insurance 
  • Structure - Wind rating Certificate

All Food Stallholders must also UPLOAD

  • Food Handling Cert.
  • Food Registration Cert.

YOU MUST ALSO READ AND AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE APPLICATION ITSELF, SET OUT BY THE ORGANISER/PROMOTER OF THE EVENT YOU ARE APPLYING TO TRADE AT.
