Public Liability Insurance
If you have a profile already in our Stallholder Register - Keep your stallholder account up to date, upload your renewed CERT OF CURRENCY
Public liability insurance is essential for today’s events and all festivals will require us to produce a copy of it for your stalls to them. Only a CERTIFICATE OF CURRENCY WILL SURFICE.
Your insurance policy must be from an APRA MEMBER (Australian Prudential Regulatory Authority). We do not accept offshore underwriters policies so it is important you check with your broker to find out who is underwriting your policy.
Products Liability Insurance
Food stalls, beauty products and services, natural therapies and products must hold Products Liability Insurance as well as Public Liability Insurance. This ensures you are covered if something you do, your products do or a reaction is had from your products or services by a member you have sold to that eventuates in them making a claim against you.
The minimum most events require is $10 million public and $10 million products liability.
Please have your broker add BAZAAR MARKETING as an interested party on your CERTIFICATE OF CURRENCY.
When UPLOADING your insurance document on application ensure it is only the ‘certificate of currency’ and not the insurance companies invoice.
