Our Food and market stalls are encouraged to incorporate sustainable waste management systems and use biodegradeable packaging.  We ensure thorough checks of all Public and Product Liability insurance.

As the rain forced us to move inside on the Sunday stalls around the train station and within the center did well and we are looking to move the stalls inside permanently.
