Bazaar Marketing has designed and administrated stalls for over 100 Food Fairs, Festivals, Expos and one off or permanent markets since 1994.  Our database of 2200 + stallholders informs them  about the latest applications that are released, and for events to resource stallholders.

 Bazaar Marketing ensures all stalls  incorporate sustainable waste management systems and use biodegradeable/recycleable packaging. 

All stallholders must hold current Public Liability insurance, and food or beauty product stalls must also be covered by Product Liability insurance.

For the Exhibitor/stallholder

• Our database informs you of the latest events we are co-ordinating.
• Applications are easy online fillins which can be downloaded and saved to your computer as soon as they are released.
• Joining our database automatically allows you to receive updates, media releases and other information relating to upcoming events.

For the Event Organisers 

Either promote your event through us or have Bazaar Marketing administrate the stallholders for your market, festival, expo or food and wine event.  Allowing the event organisers to focus on the main aspects of the event.  The management of stalls is time consuming and involved. 

• Promotes the event to stallholders and takes the hassle out of stall co-ordination.
• Liases with Health Inspectors and submits relevant council documentation.
  
• Sources, manages and administrates stalls for each event. 
• Process, creates & administrates applications and fee structures, acceptance letters, terms and conditions, insurance,  load in schedules, traffic management and staff ticketing.   
• Designs the overall event layout for the event or may simply design the layout for the market area depending on the events needs.  We help to enhance the event experience for the punter, flow of traffic, stallholder success rate and return rate of stallholders.
  
• Check and verify insurance documents.
• Implements sustainable waste management practices.
