PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE

Public liability insurance is essential for today’s events.

Your insurance policy must be from an APRA MEMBER. (The Australian Prudential Regulatory Authority).  We do not accept offshore underwriters policies so it is important you check with your broker to find out who is underwriting your policy, because if you dont we will and that could mean you end up having to get new insurance or cancel your participation.  

PRODUCTS LIABILITY INSURANCE

Food stalls/Beauty products and services/natural therapies and products must hold Products liability insurance as well as Public liability Insurance.

The minimum most events require is $10 million public and $10 million products liability.

Please have your broker add  BAZAAR MARKETING   as an interested party on your CERTIFICATE OF CURRENCY.

When attaching your insurance document to an application ensure it is only the ‘certificate of currency’ and not the insurance companies invoice.
